Delivery
We deliver by refrigerated truck to EU countries and Ukraine, to the buyer’s shop, studio or warehouse.
Dispatch days
We take orders for each of these days until 12:00 (CET) on the day before. Preorders ahead of holidays have a separate page.

The account manager calculates the delivery charge and tells you before the order is confirmed.
For Ukraine we deliver to an agreed customs terminal in Lviv or Kyiv. The buyer clears the import with its own customs broker.
Temperature in transit
Cut flowers and foliage travel at +2 to +5 °C, pot plants at +14 to +18 °C. Every truck carries a temperature logger, and you can ask your account manager for the printout.
Receiving the goods
State the delivery address and receiving hours in your order. If the premises are closed on the day of delivery, tell your account manager before dispatch.
You accept the goods on the day of delivery. Inspect them with the driver present, check the number of packs against the packing list and note any discrepancies on the CMR before signing. Photograph the goods with the lot label: you will need the photo if you submit a claim.
