Terms of trade
The terms are the same for all customers. We give advance notice of changes by email.
Customer requirements
We sell only to businesses in the EU and Ukraine: companies and sole traders with a valid Polish tax ID (NIP), EU VAT number, or Ukrainian EDRPOU code or sole trader tax number. In the application we ask you to confirm your business with the address of your shop, a website or a social media page.
Prices and discount scale
Prices in the price list are in euros excluding VAT, per unit. We sell in full packs. Each item has two prices: one from available lots and one for preorder, which is 8–12% lower depending on the category. The VAT rate depends on the supply and is shown on the invoice. For a buyer in another EU country with a valid EU VAT number, and for exports to Ukraine, it is 0% as a rule.
The discount is calculated on turnover for the previous calendar month and is applied automatically.

Minimum order and pack sizes
The minimum order value is €300 excluding delivery for EU countries, and 1 pallet or €2,500 for Ukraine.
Cut flowers are sold in full packs of 20, 25 or 50 stems, foliage in bunches of 10, and pot plants by the tray. The pack size is shown on the item page.

The account manager takes orders by email or phone. An order is accepted when the account manager has confirmed it by email.
Payment
- Bank transfer in euros against an invoice: SEPA from EU countries, SWIFT from Ukraine.
- Deferred payment of up to 14 days with a limit of up to €5,000 for EU customers who have traded with us for more than 3 months without late payments. A payment more than 5 days overdue suspends deferred payment.
- From Ukraine, 100% prepayment before dispatch.
We send the VAT invoice, packing list and CMR by email.
Delivery
We deliver by refrigerated truck to EU countries and Ukraine. Dispatch days and delivery times by country are given on the Delivery page.
Quality and claims
We accept a quality claim with photos of the goods and the lot label. The time limits and possible outcomes are set out on the Claims page.
Account manager and price list
- The account manager answers the phone during sales office hours, which are given under contact.
- We send the price list by email once your application has been checked. There are no prices on the website.
- Online shops receive available lots and prices as a CSV file.
Supply contract
The seller for all orders is Flormont sp. z o.o., Warsaw, KRS 0001264972 (full details). We work under a standard supply contract, signed with a qualified electronic signature or by exchange of scanned copies once your application has been checked. The account manager sends the text of the contract together with confirmation of the application. Each confirmed order is a specification to the contract. Polish law applies and disputes are heard by the court in Warsaw. Use of the website is governed by the Website terms.
Personal data
The data controller is Flormont sp. z o.o. We use the data from your application to check your business, to contact you and to fulfil orders. We pass it only to carriers and contractors without whom the supply could not take place. The purposes, retention periods and your rights under the GDPR are set out in the Privacy policy. The price list and ordering are available once your application has been checked. Submit a trade application
