Supply by type of business
The range, prices and terms of trade are the same for all customers. This page sets out what each type of business orders most often and how.
Flower shops and studios
We dispatch three times a week: on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Your account manager sends the price list by email and takes orders by email or phone.
Event and wedding decorators
Order flowers for an event as a preorder. It costs less than buying from available lots, and the account manager confirms the variety, stem length and quantity. If the grower fails to supply a variety, we offer a substitute or refund the item. For deadlines before holidays, see the preorder calendar.
Garden centres and shops
We sell pot plants by the full tray: phalaenopsis, spathiphyllum, anthurium, and primula and poinsettia in season. Within the EU the lot comes with plant passports, and for Ukraine with a phytosanitary certificate. We send invoices, packing lists and the CMR by email.
Online shops
We send available lots and prices as a CSV file, which you can use to update the range on your site. We supply lot photos for your product pages. Flowers are sold in full packs.
