Preorders for a set date
For a preorder we buy a lot for your date. The price is lower than from available lots, and the difference is given in the terms of trade. After the deadline given in the price list we sell from available lots only.

The preorder deadline for each item is given in the price list. You choose the dispatch day in your order, allowing for the delivery times.
Placing a preorder
- Send your account manager the items and the number of packs by email or phone.
- State the dispatch day.
- The account manager confirms the preorder by email. From then on the item is reserved for you and the price does not change.
Cancellation and substitution
A preorder can be cancelled free of charge no later than 3 working days before dispatch. After that we retain 30% of its value.
If the grower fails to supply a variety, we offer a substitute 3 days before the date or refund the item.
